How We Work

In 2021 Kato Project 3 expanded its services to include adult outpatient services in our Mankato location. The Mankato location now offers adolescent outpatient services, adult outpatient services and Comprehensive Assessments.

Our Annandale, MN and Cokato, MN locations offer outpatient substance abuse treatment services to adolescents that are placed in the Village Ranch Correctional Facility. Our LADC works with onsite case managers and house staff to ensure continuous, quality care with collaboration of services and resources.

Kato Project 3 works collaboratively with Probation Officers, Social Workers, Assessors, Mental Health Therapists, and other certified staff to coordinate services that meet the client’s needs.

A referral to our program can be made by anyone. The form that must be completed and sent to intake can be found in the referral tab.
